They picked her up and started their maiden voyage back home to make some changes, and give her some much needed TLC and updating on a few things. 6/11/22- We originally priced her at 65k, but realizing the market after dropping the price the past year, we felt 35k is really the BEST DEAL we can give for her. We spent 45k in 2016 to build her up and prices have since skyrocketed for all of the materials and even the tools. Please no low ball offers. We spent a year and a half full time learning and building her from an AZ school bus. We had engineers, electricians, diesel mechanics, builders, and plumbers all help with the design and checking the integrity of it through out the build (We have some great friends in west TX where we remodeled her). We have always been told from everyone, She was Built Right and Sturdy and to Last. There are many ways ot build a bus but we know she was built fr our family to live in her as long as we wanted. Could have been 6 months or 10 years. Because of COVID we needed to find a permanent place and that decision also included ending our travel life. Also our kids were ready for some more “room” space in their later teen years. So we made the decision to end it. That is the ONLY reason we are selling her. We kept her thinking we would use her for road trips, but we realized we want to stay “at home” for a while and seeing her sit there and not be used is just a waste of her potential. We want to see another family enjoy her as much as we did!

Our family of 4 converted our school bus Chitty Bang into a tiny house from October 2015 until November 2016 with other enhancements, changes, and renovations over the years. We traveled and lived full time in the bus from November 2016 until May 2020 with our English Mastiff and cat in tow. We were able to travel all over Texas, to Washington state and down to AZ. We never pushed the engine, and we traveled every 3 months between places to ensure our engine would last. We never had any issues after we changed the tires/ oil/air filters/radiator fluid/transmission fluid and injectors in 2016 before we hit the road. You CAN live off the grid in this bus We did many times for months at a time. We lived in it and used the rooftop AC running a 2000 Watt genny in Arizona, as well as simply plugging into a house, rv park, or campground 110v, 30 amp, or 50 amp service. This bus was designed for us to be able to fully live off grid, only needing to have access to water to run our shower and sink, and access to trash to dump the compost toilet and house hold trash.

Natures Head Compost Toilet – Lifetime free PC fans and housing. They send you 2 at a time. I have an extra 1 or 2 under the bus in the storage boxes already. Just let them know you have a Natures Head via an email to the company, (I did an article for them as well) and you can get your free fans. I usually needed to change it every 6 months.

Reverse Osmosis -(June 8, 2022) This system housing cracked when we moved the bus recently and will need a new one installed. It is $190 for the newest version on Amazon. The faucet is already installed, as well as the 5 gallon tank. You would just need to install the housing and filters and connect he tubes already there…or change them out just to they are new and clean for you. Takes about 20 minutes for an entire system install, so should take 10 minutes for this.
