Here is me...Mo..running🏃‍♀️...significantly behind 🦀 lol 😅
I had been taking 3 mile walks this last week..today was the first run day since we started our gig back in October. Now, #freetime😁 and after the #market closes🛎 there is nothing like a run to clear your head 😎. .
As you scroll you can see that in the beginning and end of the run I was far behind Ry..and I get to see a horse when I jog by 🐴..and he walked back to meet me at the end of my jog and I realized mid jog how cold my head and ears get now ☃️ 😁

Found this Spray painted on the street out walking one day and it made me #smile 😁 So I thought this #happiness #quote fit well.

😕The #hardest thing to do when things are "bad" is to find the good. I totally understand that. I would turn into this negative ball of energy 😳sometimes and just let it consume me...wallowing in my misery. Why is it sometimes easier to feel sorry for ourselves than to look at the problems as neither good nor bad? Why can't we try to find the happiness out of it?

Sometimes the worst thing that happens can be the best thing that happens. We #selfreflect and #analyze A LOT...🤔I wonder if Ryon never deployed or became retired..where would we be? Maybe stationed somewhere in or out of the US...🌍deployed and gone away from us again. 😈What if I never got fired? Maybe I wouldn't have been motovated enough started my own business. 🔥What if our house never burned down? Maybe this bus never would have happened. 😞

😯What if... maybe... good... bad... what happens happens. When something happens "good" or "bad" ask yourself...whose to say if its good or bad? It might be just what you need to motovate you into a new chapter of life....

This is a #broccolicheesesoup with colorful carrots, 1/2&1/2, chicken broth, onion, cheddar cheese, and shredded chicken, with avocado as a topping. So #yummy! 😁
Weekends are reserved for a little fast food sometimes..😁..but when we are doing the 16/8 fast #dinner needs to be #hearty and healthy whenever possible on the weekdays. I discovered on our health education journey that high #protein , high healthy fats, and low carbs is the best way to go.

Since going #pixie 💇‍♀️6 months ago, and never have going this short before...I have loved trying different #styles, letting it grow to different lengths and levels...its crazy how a little change will make a whole new #look. I love seeing my #skooliekids be #kids❤ my how they have grown. This is Ri (left) our 13 yr old #warbaby born in #alaska who loves to #draw and #paint 🖌with watercolors. She is a budding writer ✏with lots of imagination. Lbugs (right) is our 10 yr old growing #chef 👩‍🍳and #scientist 👨‍🔬who loves being funny😄. And they are our #tinyhousekids who have been #traveling full time since November 2016 and been apart of 5 different homeschool groups with connections from different states and countries. Finding local groups, i think, is important for them when we stick in one place for a couple months. You learn a lot about a community and area that way too! And meet cool people😁

The #huachucamountains that seperate us in az from mexico⛰. We were able to see them from our workamping lot in town, but now that we are a little further out of town, they are much more detailed and prominent. In all of our #journeys I never tire of looking at the #mountains ⛰ whatever small or big mountain we are near. .

This is Mila our 175lb #englishmastiff who travels full time with us in our #diy #skoolie Chitty Bang🚎 .
She is a big sweetheart, only wants to be around her family (so she loves when we aren't workamping😆), very protective, can seem scary but usually she is just as scared, a #bigbaby, scared of heights, has walked and hiked more miles with us than any dog I have ever owned, raised in the country her first 4 years so the transition to full time travel life was something she had to get used to, a FANTASTIC #bestfriend, and we nickname her Nana (like the Peter Pan cartoon dog) bc she is always watching out for the kids😁❤

#dumpday 😁🚎 Something noone ever talks about is #trash while #traveling 🗑 if you #boondock or stay on pvt property it is really a #daunting task to find a place to #dump your trash (especially if you use a compost toilet on the road) without spending 💰. .
We have been to 5 different states' dumps, all different prices and operations. Washington cost us $20 for a truck bed of trash, cali was $40, just to name a few, and az we discovered it is only $5 where we are. Score!

I hate seeing all the garbage, all the waste. We are all guilty of it. This is just one small town in the US. We have reduced our consumption and waste of energy, water, and just stuff by ALOT in the last 3 years, but we still have #garbage at the end of the week. Especially after we do a clean out of crap and replace things.

Seeing this just reminds me to reuse, repurpose, or recycle when or if we can. What are some things you repurpose or recycle?♻️🗑❤😁
